AUSTIN, MINN. — Hormel Foods Corporation’s Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 21 cents per share on the common stock of the corporation. The dividend is to be paid August 15 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 24.

This is the company’s 328th quarterly dividend.
