AUSTIN, TEXAS — Clearwater, Fla.-based gourmet butcher and grocery franchise, Southern Steer Butcher announced its continuing expansion with a location to open in Austin, Texas. The brand is thrilled to bring the city the highest quality meats and gourmet groceries and a commitment to contributing back to the community.

We can’t wait to integrate into the Austin community and provide its members with the highest quality, sustainably sourced meats and grocery items that they can be proud to feed their family and friends.”

Southern Steer locations offer premium meats, sides, desserts, craft beers and wine, as well as pre-assembled meal packs. Meal packs contain the required ingredients to prepare five complete meals. Southern Steer also offers meal prep classes designed for each participant to fully prep and pack 10 meals, each serving a family of four to five.

Currently, Southern Steer has four locations operating in Florida, with four more in development, including the Austin location.
