This product is being described as a new, premium cut of “humanely raised” beef, in partnership with Dickson’s Farmstand Meats. Still under consideration, the exact cut is anticipated to be a higher-end product.
Several months ago, Boston Beer Co. began working with Jake Dickson to come up with a pairing that brings out the best in both the meat and the Boston Lager, according to Jim Koch, founder. “We narrowed it down to a few parts of the animal, and some of them are unexpected,” Koch said.
Starting in June, the Samuel Adams Boston Lager Cut will be available at Dickson’s Farmstand Meats and other retailers, which will soon be announced.
