OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA. — Sonic Drive-In introduced a few of its latest creations that focus heavily on pork enthusiasts and barbecue.

The Pulled Pork BBQ Cheeseburger features a 100% pure beef patty topped with smoked pulled pork, cherrywood smoke sauce, crinkle-cut pickles and American cheese that all fits on a brioche bun. 

"The passion for barbecue among our guests fueled the drive to put our own spin on these craveable favorites,” said Mackenzie Gibson, vice president of culinary and menu Innovation at Sonic. “We’re always pushing the boundaries and finding new ways to take fan-favorite items, like our cheeseburgers and tots, to the next level. These new items are a harmony of barbecue’s best flavors, proving barbecue really does make everything better.”

The quick service restaurant also introduced the Pulled Pork BBQ Totchos, which use tater tots topped with pulled pork and cherrywood smoke sauce. A Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich also hits the menu, featuring as large portion of smoked pulled pork with the cherrywood smoke sauce and topped with crinkle cut pickles and a brioche bun.

The new products will be available from Feb. 5 to March 31 at Sonic locations nationwide.
