TUCKER, Ga. – The US Poultry & Egg Association (USPOULTRY) is preparing to hold its annual Workforce Success and Engagement Conference from April 17-19 in Destin, Fla., which will provide insights on day-to-day issues with today’s work environment.
Some topics covered during the conference include compliance, technology, employer policies, recruiting and retention, workforce engagement and much more.
“Finding, developing and retaining employees is a crucial process in today’s complex work environment,” said Brittney Kirwer, director of corporate human resources of Farbest Foods, and program committee chair. “We are pleased USPOULTRY’s Workforce Success and Engagement Conference will offer a wide range of topics to support human resources professionals as they navigate the ever-evolving employer landscape and work to ensure their company is compliant with regulations.”

The conference will also have a representative from a legal firm that participated on the planning committee to ensure adherence to the USPOULTRY’s Antitrust policy. The attorney will be present to monitor and consult, if necessary, prohibiting discussions that may be perceived as competitive issues.
