ST. LOUIS — Charcuterie products manufacturer Volpi Foods is expanding its product portfolio with a new snack offering.
Marketed toward consumers with busy lifestyles, the company’s Pepper Jack and Genoa Salame Roltini Singles mixes pepper jack cheese and thinly sliced salame in a convenient rolled format. Each individually wrapped 1½-oz snack contains 160 calories, 10 grams of protein and no added nitrates or nitrites.

The product, now available in major retailers across the United States, joins Volpi’s existing Roltini Single lineup, which includes mozzarella and pepperoni, mozzarella and prosciutto, mozzarella and spicy salame, and Oaxaca and chorizo varieties.
