MEMPHIS, TENN. – Monogram Foods recently announced that it appointed Larry Elliott as executive vice president and chief supply chain officer.
In this position, Elliott oversees Monogram’s corporate operations functions, including food safety and quality assurance, engineering, environmental, health and safety, strategic sourcing, logistics, and customer service, continuous improvement, and research and development.

With Larry’s proven track record of success in optimizing supply chain operations, driving efficiency, and fostering innovation, he will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company.”
Elliott will look to drive margin improvement and foster continued growth. He will also facilitate objectives and strengthen the company’s supply chain initiatives, including cost optimization, inventory management, supplier relationships, sustainability, and a streamlined process to deliver growth, the company said.
Before joining Monogram, Elliott worked for more than 20 years at the Kellogg Company, where he was promoted to various plant operation positions. He most recently served as vice president of supply chain network transformation as part Kellogg Company’s transition to two companies, Kellanova and WK Kellogg Co.
Other roles held by Elliott include vice president of ready-to-eat cereal supply chain for North America and plant manager of Kellogg’s largest facility in Battle Creek, Mich. During his time at Kellogg, he also went on assignment in South Africa, where he led the supply chain team.
Elliott attended Central Missouri State University and Community College of the Air Force and received his Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University.
