The Breezy Wrapper is a next-generation innovation that builds upon the success of the company’s Breezy Bagger. ValTara is a unit of Las Vegas-based Paxiom.

Now named Breezy Wrapper, the new technology offers enhanced features and functionality. For example, the Breezy Wrapper is designed to combine horizontal flow wrapping and vertical bagging in one compact machine. It has the ability to pivot from vertical bagging to horizontal overwrapping of trays and containers.

Enhanced Functionality: Just one tap on the pedal, the Breezy Wrapper will start wrapping different products with different lengths, offering seamless operation and outstanding performance.

Unmatched versatility: With a film web width of 25.6 inches (650 mm), can accommodate bag widths ranging from 2 to 10 inches (50 - 250 mm) and bag heights from 2 to 24 inches (50 - 600 mm).

Auto-detecting Product Length: Features a unique length detection sensor and operational logic that adjusts the bag film to the length of the product during each cycle, reducing material costs and enhancing efficiency.

Breezy Wrapper is ideal for a wide range of applications, especially institutional packaging, school meal kits, home-delivered meal kits, fruits, vegetables, snack foods, baked goods, home goods and hardware.
