CANON, GA. — Jarrett Foods, a custom poultry processing solutions company, announced that it appointed Chantel Carrillo as its new quality assurance manager.

Carrillo brings almost two decades of experience in quality control within food processing.

“We are thrilled to welcome Chantel Carrillo to the Jarrett Foods team,” said Terry Willis, president of Jarrett Foods. “Her extensive experience and expertise in quality control will be invaluable as we continue to provide our customers with the industry’s highest quality custom poultry products.”

Carrillo’s background includes working with large food processing companies to apply the certifications of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HAACP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF).

In her role as quality assurance manager at Jarrett, she will oversee and implement quality control measures throughout the operation. Her primary focus will be ensuring that all products meet or exceed industry standards while adhering to strict regulatory guidelines.

Neil Martin joined Jarrett Foods as the plant manager in Canon, Ga., in July.
