WASHINGTON– Ralph's Packing Company, based in Perkins, Okla., is recalling approximately 3,132 lbs of ready-to-eat pork and beef bologna products due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen, announced the US Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) on Dec. 20.
The problem was discovered when the establishment notified FSIS that the labels applied to the product did not include milk on the label, which is a known allergen.
"We ask that you gather any implicated product, and bring it back to our store for a full refund if you wish," said Erica Crane Hering, president of Ralph's Packing in a post on Facebook. "Corrective actions have been taken internally at Ralph's, and a label review process has been modified."
The ready-to-eat pork and beef garlic bologna items, produced since September 2022, may be frozen. The following products are subject to recall [view labels]:

These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
