GALESBURG, ILL. — Meat snack producer Western Smokehouse Partners recently promoted Tony Campbell to senior director, multi-site plant manager.
In the new position, Campbell will oversee operations at the current Galesburg, Ill., plant while also working on the second location being built in Galesburg. After the other plant is operating, Campbell will manage both plant sites.

Campbell began at Western Smokehouse in 2021, working as superintendent before achieving a promotion to plant manager in 2022. He brings 23 years of manufacturing experience, which includes eight years in the food industry.
