A live studio audience, cooking demonstration with Chef Giletto and additional art-related entertainment will be featured. Chef Giletto will use Sterling Silver brand beef to demonstrate cooking three dishes utilizing just one cut of meat. Chef Giletto is an inspiring and accomplished chef, making numerous appearances on both network and local television, such as the Food Network’s Iron Chef, Chopped, Ultimate Recipe Showdown and numerous other programs. He has also received national recognition from the American Culinary Federation, James Beard Foundation, the Pork Board and the National Beef Council.
The David Polk Project will add jazz to the evening’s atmosphere, while local artists will each interpret the event on canvas. After the show, three viewers will receive one of the originals signed by the artist and Chef Giletto.
“I’ve had the opportunity to appear on Chopped and Iron Chef America, but the idea of integrating three artistic formats in one evening is truly unique,” Chef Giletto said. “This is a ground-breaking approach to culinary creativity and it is fun to be a part of it. I’ve been a big advocate of the Sterling Silver brand for a long time, so when they told me about the opportunity, I jumped at the chance to do the show.”
