The management team and employees of Lincoln Poultry will become Sysco employees. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Lincoln Poultry & Egg Co. started in 1957 as a fresh poultry and egg distribution business. Currently, it is a diversified broadline foodservice distributor. Lincoln Poultry serves more than 800 customers that are primarily located throughout the central United States.
