AUSTIN, Minn. — Hormel Foods Corporation’s board of directors announced the company announced it 329th quarterly dividend when it declared a regular quarterly dividend of 21 cents per share on its common capital stock on Sept. 28.

According to the company, the dividend will be paid Nov. 15, 2010, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Oct. 23, 2010.
