The new meals are available in five flavors: Sesame Chicken, Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo, Ziti with Meatballs & Cheese, Chicken with Broccoli & Cheese and Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry. The line offers meals with less than 400 calories, 8-10 Weight Watchers PointsPlus values and 25 grams or more of protein in each meal. The suggested retail price for the new Satisfying Selections meals is $3.69 per 11.8-oz bag. Smart Ones brand offers the only frozen nutritional meal that displays the new Weight Watchers PointsPlus values on its packaging.

Meals can be steamed in the microwave or cooked on the stove top. The new packaging format uses 21 percent less packaging material than traditional tray meals, offering a more sustainable package design than the traditional boxed trays, the company said.
