SELMA, Calif. – Harris Ranch has launched its new Angus frozen ground beef patties and refrigerated chubs in multiple lean points. The chubs’ retail price is between $3.99 and $5.99, and the re-sealable bag of nine, 1/3-lb. frozen patties has a suggested retail price of $9.99 - $11.99.

"Our market research shows consumers place Angus beef in a category by itself," says Brad Caudill, vice president of marketing for Harris Ranch. "It is what many think of as 'the good stuff'. We want to make Angus beef easy and convenient for people to use any night of the week."


Its new Natural Angus Ground Beef Patties are available in 81% lean, and 85% lean varieties. The 3-lb. re-sealable packages contain nine, 1/3-lb. patties featuring a natural, hand-made shape. The new 1-lb. refrigerated Natural Angus Ground Beef Chubs are available in 81%, 85% and 90% lean varieties.
