GOLDEN, COLO. – Boston Market is introducing a new poultry item to its menus. The Crispy Country Chicken is made from chicken breast meat and is breaded and baked to be served either as a sandwich, on top of a salad or as an individual meal.

"We believe this new menu item provides a taste alternative to our signature rotisserie chicken, but our guests will taste the quality of the 100% white meat chicken breast." said Judy Cantrell, Boston Market chief brand officer. The new item will be available on menus beginning Feb. 12.
