DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. – Sara Lee Corp., parent company of the Ball Park, Hillshire Farm, Jimmy Dean and Sara Lee brands of meat products, among other brands, declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.115 per share on the corporation’s common stock, payable on July 8. The dividend is payable to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 1.

The company’s April 28 announcement represents the 261st consecutive quarterly dividend declared by the corporation.
