CHICAGO, ILL. –CC Industries Inc. has created a new company, Provisur Technologies, Inc., as the new parent company for CCI’s food processing equipment platform.

Provisur Technologies will be home to the Formax brand of forming and slicing equipment, the Weiler brand of grinding and mixing equipment, the Beehive brand of meat recovery equipment and the Young and Associates brand of forming equipment and it will be headquartered in Mokena, Ill.

"Provisur, with its base of leading brands, starts from day one with a competitive sales and service advantage that will provide our customers with innovative solutions to help improve their bottom line," said Bill Crown, president and chief executive officer of CCI. "In keeping with our heritage, we will continue to foster a culture at Provisur that rewards our employees for product development ingenuity and exceptional customer service."

Meanwhile, Provisur has named the following members of its newly-formed executive team: David Brown, V.P. Sales, North America; Andrew MacLeod, V.P. Sales, International; E. William (Bill) Wight, V.P. Product Development; Patrick Corcoran, V.P. Operations; and Bill Dickover, V.P. Field Service.

"Our Formax, Weiler, Beehive, and Young brands will thrive in this exciting new stage of our company development and will be very much at the forefront of our sales and marketing efforts within Provisur," said Dave Brown, V.P. Sales, North America.

Provisur is conducting an executive search for a president and c.e.o. to lead the new organization. During the search process, the Provisur Executive team will report to a subcommittee of the Board of Directors led by Mel Cohen and Kevin Howard from CCI’s Corporate Development group.

CC Industries is a holding and management company for the Henry Crown Company’s group of operating companies. Other holdings include Great Dane Limited Partnership and Gillig Corporation.
