AUSTIN, Minn. – Hormel Foods Corporation’s Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of twelve and three-quarter cents (12.75¢) per share on the common stock of the corporation. The dividend is to be paid Aug. 15 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 23.

This is Hormel’s 332nd quarterly dividend.
