Henny Penny was given this recognition primarily for the success of its AHC-993 Holding Cabinet, a product that KFC uses to ensure its customers receive hot, fresh chicken. The AHC-993 features precise humidity controls, durable construction and a variable footprint.

KFC is part of YUM! Brands, which operates market leaders KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Long John Silvers and A&W. YUM! uses its STAR (Supplier Tracking, Assessment and Recognition) system for supplier evaluation and tracking. KFC engineers were the key determiners for the award recipient.
Henny Penny offers a wide range of foodservice equipment. Product lines include pressure and open fryers, combi ovens, rotisseries, holding cabinets and display merchandisers.
