IRVINE, Calif. – Taco Bell fans can still make a late-night run to the border, but they may want to consider making the chain's food their first meal of the day.
Starting Jan. 26, Taco Bell plans to launch a new 11-item breakfast menu called First Meal, according to The Orange County Register. The breakfast line includes such items as a "crunch" wrap made with Johnsonville sausage, eggs and cheese, in addition to breakfast burritos and hash browns.
Taco Bell will launch the new breakfast menu in 750 restaurants in 10 states. The First Meal menu is slated to be in 5,800 locations by 2014. The launch is the culmination of five years of testing.
