LOUISVILLE, KY. – Micky Pant has been appointed president, global branding, a newly created position at Yum! Brands Inc. He will report to David Novak, chairman and chief executive officer. Mr. Pant will also retain his position as chief marketing officer for Yum! Brands’ Dallas-based international division, Yum! Restaurants International, reporting to Graham Allan, president.

Mr. Pant will be responsible for establishing a global brand positioning and identity for KFC, Pizza Hut and ultimately for all of the company’s brands around the world. He will continue to serve on the Yum! Partner’s Council leadership team and retain his current accountabilities for Y.R.I., including having all of the chief marketing officers in the U.S. and around the world report to him on a dotted-line basis.
