DENVER – Kenneth Cutshaw was named president of Quiznos international business.
Before joining Quiznos, Cutshaw was executive vice president and chief legal officer of Cajun Operating Company in Atlanta, where he oversaw global expansion of Church’s and Texas Chicken Brands in addition to managing the company’s legal affairs. Cutshaw was co-founder of Cheers Funeatery, a founding partner of the Red, Hot & Blue (BBQ) restaurant chain, co-founder of Let’s Go Back, LLC and a shareholder in Dressed Salads International of Hong Kong.
“The international arena is one of our largest opportunities to grow the Quiznos brand,” said Stuart Mathias, chief executive officer. “We have recently inked new development deals in Brazil to build nearly 150 restaurants, unveiled new locations in Asuncion, Paraguay, Mumbai, India and Manila, Philippines, and opened our fifth restaurant in the Dominican Republic.
“Ken’s extensive experience in global franchising and restaurant operations will be invaluable as we continue our international expansion, and I am thrilled to welcome him to the team.”
