MIAMI – Burger King Worldwide, Inc. expanded its BK Delivers concept into New York City, the company announced on Nov. 19.
The company expects to have 10 participating restaurants by year’s end serving the boroughs of Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan. BK Delivers is also available in Miami, Houston and in the Washington, DC, area, and internationally in Turkey, Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Brazil.
“We are thrilled to expand the BK Delivers test program and offer its convenience to our New York guests in the city that never sleeps,” said Alex Macedo, senior vice president and general manager of US franchise business for Burger King Worldwide. “Our goal has always been to provide excellent service and great tasting food to our guests. After seeing the success this program has experienced with residents in Miami, Houston and in the Washington, DC area, we are excited to bring this convenience to New York.”
