NEW YORK – Strassburger Steaks announced the company’s prime meats will be available for sale directly to consumers through William-Sonoma’s online Butcher Shop.

The Butcher Shop will offer several cuts of veal and an array of Prime steaks, including Porter House, New York Strip (bone-in and boneless), T-bone and ribeye. Additionally, Strassburger Steaks is offering a custom designed Prime, dry-aged Steak Holiday Collection.
