FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. – IGSM GROUP INC., a holding company with diverse interests, has acquired Old World Sausage Factory, the company announced on Feb. 24.

Old World Sausage Factory, which has been manufacturing meat products since 1954, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of IGSM. Steven Chase, president of Old World Sausage Factory, is an investor.

"I have been an investor in IGSM for over a year and have come to know the management and their capabilities," Chase said. "I am confident in their ability to help bring the Old World Sausage Factory name and products to a national audience."
