WASHINGTON – A Chick-fil-A franchisee will launch the company’s first food truck in April, according to news reports.
The truck will serve customers in the Washington, DC, area. Currently there is only one brick-and-mortar restaurant in the nation’s capital, although the chain has many locations in the suburbs. Chick-fil-A joins Applebee’s, Jack in the Box, Qdoba and Taco Bell as national chains that forayed into the food truck trend.
