AUSTIN, Minn. – Hormel Foods Corp. declared a regularly quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share on the company’s common stock.

The dividend will be paid Aug. 15 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 23. The dividend payment will be the 336th consecutive dividend paid by Hormel since the company went public in 1928.
