LAUREL, Miss. – Sanderson Farms, Inc. announced a regular quarterly cash dividend of 17 cents per share.

The dividend is payable Aug. 21 to shareholders of record on Aug. 7. Sanderson Farms is a producer and processor of fresh and frozen chicken, in addition to othre prepared food items.
