The promotion is an online cooking contest in which contestants submit recipes for side dishes that are inspired by a favorite pork main dish using at least one Kraft brand ingredient. A panel of judges will pick the winner who will receive a $500 cash prize, while the winning recipe will be featured in the
Comida y Familia Festiveedition.
"We are very excited about collaborating with Kraft on this Hispanic marketing initiative," said Traci Rodemeyer, director of Pork Information for the National Pork Board. "We know that our pork consumers are also inspired by the wonderful flavors and products of Kraft, and this contest gives them the opportunity to show us how creative they are when cooking."
Tania Cameron, associate director, Hispanic Consumer Relationship Marketing, Kraft Foods Group said, "Every day, moms are looking for new and delicious food ideas, and Latina moms are no exception. Our mission is to connect with Latina moms and offer them culturally relevant recipes and tips through our Comida Kraft print publication and digital channels."
