The product is made of beef and pork from animals raised without antibiotics or hormones, according to the company. The company said its product has 40 percent less fat and 25 percent less sodium than conventional bologna.
The product will be available at retailers that sell natural and organic meat products in September. A 7 oz. package is priced at $4.99.
