Vienna Beef will produce the sausages, which come in two flavors: Hot Beef Polish Sausage and Chicken Sausage with Mozzarella and Sun-Dried Tomatoes. The sausages are 8-inches long and weigh in at 1/3 lb. Both flavors come in a 10.66-oz. two-pack, with a suggested retail price from $4.99 to $5.99.
“These sausages embody Chicago. The tradition, the teams, the fans, the big appetites— Chicago deserves a monster sausage they can be proud of,” said Coach Ditka.
Chicago area Jewel-Osco and Mariano’s locations will carry Ditka Sausages, in addition to numerous independent grocery and convenience stores. The sausages also are available for foodservice in a 5-lb. case containing 15 sausages.
The product will be sold at Ditka Restaurants, Gold Coast Dogs, America’s Dogs, Mickey’s Hot Dogs, Soldier Field, Arlington Racecourse, Vienna Beef’s Factory Store and independent golf courses, hot dog stands and sporting venues across Chicago.
But for consumers who can't make it to Chicago, Ditka Sausages will be available online at www.ViennaBeef.com.; at Chicago Pizza & Taproom locations nationwide, and at Woodman’s Markets throughout Illinois and Wisconsin.

Chicago-based Vienna Beef, which was founded in 1893, produces Vienna Beef hot dogs and sausages, deli meats, soups and chili.
