Terry White was indicted along with two other men, who were eventually acquitted at trial. They were charged with circumventing a trade agreement while working for Gulf Coast Cold Storage at the Port of Pascagoula. The men were accused of instructing workers to remove poultry from blast freezers before the product reached to proper temperature for export in 2009.
White originally face five counts, but four counts were dropped when he pled guilty to conspiracy. He was sentenced Aug. 19 in US District Court in Gulfport.
