CHICAGO – Hillshire Brands announced two new additions to the company’s Gourmet Creations brand, a line of premium pre-cooked smoked sausage. This spring, the company plans to release Chicken Basil Pesto with Parmesan and Provolone Cheese, and Angus Smoked Sausage.

The chicken sausage has 13 grams of protein, and no artificial colors, flavors or by-products, according to the company. The Angus Smoked Sausage will be available in three varieties, including Smoked, Polska Kielbasa and Italian Style.
