KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Jim Campbell was appointed president, CEO of MULTIVAC, Inc. He succeeds Jan Kuhlmann who led the company since 2006.

Campbell joined the company in 1992 and held a variety of positions until 2011, when he was appointed managing director of MULTIVAC U.K. Limited.

“In looking toward the future growth of MULTIVAC, Inc., we believe Mr. Campbell has the management expertise required to advance the organization,” said Hans-Joachim Boekstegers, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Management, MULTIVAC Sepp Haggenmüller GmbH & Co. KG, Wolfertschwenden, Germany. “We look forward to Jim’s contributions and supporting him and the entire team at MULTIVAC, Inc.”

Campbell received his education as an engineer in mechanical and production engineering from Bristol Polytechnic. He later earned a master's degree in business administration from the Univ. of the West of England. He and his family will live in Kansas City.
