AUSTIN, MINN. — Hormel Foods’ Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 19c per share on the common capital stock of the corporation. The dividend is to be paid Aug. 15, 2009, to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 18.

This is the company’s 324th quarterly dividend.
