Hockey club debuts ‘Seggs and Bacon’ burger

American Airlines Center, home to the National Hockey League’s Dallas Stars, recently added a fully loaded bacon burger to the arena’s concession offerings.

The “Seggs and Bacon” burger, named for Dallas Stars center Tyler Seguin, combines the best of Texas and Canada. The burger features Canadian bacon pimento cheese with smoked bacon and jalapeno, white cheddar cheese curds, mustard aioli and shredded lettuce served on an egg bun. The Dallas Stars currently lead the Minnesota Wild two games to one in the first round of the NHL Stanley Cup playoffs.
