Jimmy John’s is adding an Italian-inspired caprese salami pesto sandwich, which is available for a limited-time. The sandwich features Genoa salami, basil pesto, balsamic glaze, olive oil, oregano, onion, mayonnaise and topped with mozzarella.

Kentucky Fried Chicken is bringing back its KFC Double Down for the first time in a decade. The Double Down features two of KFC’s white meat filets, two slices of cheese and two pieces of hickory-smoked bacon, topped with Colonel’s real mayo or spicy sauce.

For consumers who prefer a bun, Kentucky Fried Chicken also added a bacon and cheese chicken sandwich, which features a double-breaded white meat filet, a slice of cheese, two pieces of hickory-smoked bacon, the Colonel’s real mayo and pickles on a toasted brioche bun.

McDonald’s Canada is launching the chicken Big Mac, a new take on the famous sandwich. The chicken Big Mac features the Big Mac sauce, lettuce, cheddar cheese and pickles, served on a sesame bun. 

Burger King brought back its melts, which were first introduced in 2022, and also added a spicy version of its chicken fries.

The melts are available in three varieties, classic, spicy and bacon, and all feature caramelized onions and Whopper Jr. patties. The new chicken fries are seasoned with a blend of spices that are “sure to pack a punch,” according to the company.

Chipotle Mexican Grill introduced the fajita quesadilla, which is available as a digital-only menu item. The quesadilla, a viral TikTok trend, features Monterey jack cheese, a protein of choice and fajita veggies. The fan-favorite chipotle-honey vinaigrette also will be available as a side for the quesadilla.

Donatos has added a hot honey pepperoni pizza, which features heritage pepperoni, mozzarella, crushed red pepper and Mike’s Hot Honey. To pair with the hot honey pepperoni pizza, Donatos also added hot honey wings, which are oven-baked and drizzled with Mike’s Hot Honey.

Casey’s added a pepperoni pepperoni pepperoni pizza, which is made with three different types of pepperonis. The pizza features a dough that is topped with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, crispy-cupping pepperoni, deli-style pepperoni and traditional pepperoni.

“At Casey’s, we are delivering delicious in every bite — and this time we pushed a fan favorite to the max,” said Tom Brennan, chief merchandising officer at Casey’s. “Pepperoni is the most popular pizza topping, and we wanted to take it further with this LTO that will satisfy our guests’ love for pepperoni.”

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store refreshed its menus for spring, with new dishes like cheesy bacon homestyle fried chicken and mini strawberry cheesecake.

The cheesy bacon homestyle fried chicken is topped with cheese, bacon, crispy onion strings and a drizzle of buttermilk ranch. The mini strawberry cheesecake features a graham cracker crust and is topped with strawberry sauce, whipped cream and a strawberry slice.
