New chicken formats make their debut across foodservice menus.
Jollibee has launched its reformulated chicken tenders. The item is made using all-white meat chicken tenderloins and features a light, hand-breaded coating. Additionally, Jollibee is expanding its dipping sauce lineup with its signature tender sauce.
KFC, a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, has teamed up with Mike’s Hot Honey to add some sweet heat to its menu with two offerings. The items include a two-piece fried chicken meal or three-piece chicken tender meal, each featuring a drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey condiment.
Krispy Krunchy Chicken, a store-in-store quick-service restaurant chain, has expanded its menu with a chicken nugget format. The nuggets are made from whole-muscle white chicken breast, which is marinated in a seasoning blend and coated with the company’s “krunchy” breading.
