TAMPA, Fla. - Burger 21 continues some new innovation for its company starting with the latest limited-time burger.
The Spicy Cow Burger will feature Certified Angus Beef on a bed of arugula, tomato and pickled jalapeno slices, topped with pepper jack cheese, fried jalapenos along with Frank’s Red Hot sauce and their new Sriranchup sauce.
The burger will be available Feb. 21 through March 20. The restaurant offers a different chef-inspired burger and hand-crafted shake on the 21st of every month. Also included in the latest promotion will be a new Sundrop shake.
"With temperatures continuing to drop, we wanted to turn up the heat with a burger that can keep our guests warm during the last wave of winter," said Mike Remes, corporate chef for Burger 21. Burger 21 has 21 locations in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia with more than 20 in development in six states.
Burger 21 recently released its plans for 2016.
