Recently, Meatpoultry.com talked to West Liberty Foods about its cloud-based lean manufacturing solution provider Leading2Lean and how it helped save West Liberty Foods $2 million in maintenance costs over the past two years with its implementation of the software at three of its plants.

Chad Williams, the corporate maintenance manager at West Liberty Foods, explained why this change to Leading2Lean was so crucial for the company and what the major benefits are of having a real-time content management system.
