ATLANTA – Raghu Sagi has been named chief information officer of Inspire Brands Inc., parent company of Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic Corp. and Rusty Taco. Sagi will assume his new role on April 15.
Sagi succeeds Darla Morse, who has been CIO of Inspire Brands since April 2016. Morse will transition to CIO of CKE Restaurants Holdings Inc., parent company of Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s.
As Inspire Brands’ new CIO, Sagi will be responsible for leading technology initiatives for the restaurant company, including leveraging existing and emerging technologies.
Sagi joins Inspire Brands from Sephora Americas, where he spent the last seven years, most recently as chief engineering officer. Before his time at Sephora, Sagi was director of engineering for global e-commerce at Walmart Inc. Earlier in his career, he was an application architect for Best Buy and a consultant with Accenture.
