CANTON, Mass. – Stephanie Lilak has been named senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Dunkin’ Brands Group Inc., the parent company of Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins.
Lilak brings over two decades of experience at General Mills to Dunkin’ Brands. Previously, she was vice president of human resources for General Mills North America, where she led human resources for the company’s $10 billion retail segment. Before that, she held several executive-level positions including vice-president of human resources for the company’s US foodservice and convenience stores segments, and human resources director for the company’s international and manufacturing divisions.
In her new role, she will oversee Dunkin’ Brands’ global employee recruitment, training, leadership development, succession planning, compensation, benefits and organizational effectiveness. She also will co-chair the company’s People Systems Subcommittee, which works with franchisees to recruit, train and develop restaurant employees.
