MUNSTER, IND. – Land O’Frost Inc. announced on Feb. 17 the hiring of Brandon Stephenson as the brand manager of its Premium Meat and DeliShaved lines of lunch meat products. Stephenson joined the company in January, after working for more than five years as a brand manager at Tyson Foods Inc. and also honed his business development skills while working with retail giant Target Corp.
“Brandon’s business and analytics-focused skill set in addition to his understanding of the industry is an outstanding addition to the team,” said Mark Miller, Land O’Frost’s vice president of marketing and innovation. “We’re all excited to welcome him into the Land O’Frost family and look forward to him helping us continue to grow our Land O’Frost Premium and Deli Shaved product lines.”
In his new role Stephenson will ensure the continued growth of the Premium and DeliShaved products by executing strategic plans and working with multiple business segments to provide information and analytics to support increased sales and distribution. He said working with Land O’Frost is an opportunity to work as part of a team to develop new concepts in a company with a culture that fosters growth and success.
“It’s rare to find a team like Land O’Frost that values creating new ideas and products while always staying true to their roots,” Stephenson said. “I look forward to collaborating across the company’s dynamic teams and applying my skills to strengthen and grow Land O’Frost’s Premium and DeliShaved brands.”
Stephenson received a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
