DOWNERS GROVE, ILL. – Duravant LLC, a global engineered equipment provider to the food processing, packaging and material handling industries, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Foodmate, a leading manufacturer of poultry processing equipment with headquarters in Ball Ground, Ga., and Numansdorp, the Netherlands. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The deal combines two leading global engineered equipment manufacturers and extends Duravant’s ability to serve customers and partners in more than 190 countries within the food processing sector.
