SIOUX CITY, IOWA – Seaboard Triumph Foods (STF) appointed Frank Koekkoek Jr. as its new vice president and general manager.
With 21 years of operations experience in the protein industry, Koekkoek joins the company after serving as director of operations for Perdue Farms in Lewiston, NC. Prior to that role, he worked as the complex manager for Butterball in Raeford, NC.
“We will continue to enhance our core values of safety, people first, and food safety,” Koekkoek said. “At STF, our foundation must be built on people first as we continue to focus our efforts on making STF the company of choice.”
Koekkoek’s father, Frank Koekkoek Sr., also spent his 54-year career working in the meat processing industry. He retired as vice president of operations at Michigan Turkey Procedures (MTP).
Koekkoek will be relocating to Sioux City with his wife and five children.
