LOUISVILLE, KY. — Anne Fischer has been named chief marketing and digital officer at Papa John’s International Inc.
Fischer joined the restaurant chain in 2015 as senior director of digital marketing and was promoted to vice president of product management in 2017. She most recently was senior vice president of customer experience, where she helped double the Papa Rewards loyalty program.
