CHICAGO — Amylu Foods, a chicken sausage company, is launching four new flavors under its Sausages by Amylu brand, available nationwide in select Whole Foods Market locations.

“As a leader of innovation in the clean ingredient chicken sausage category, we were thrilled when given the opportunity to work with Whole Foods Market to bring these trend-forward, G.A.P. Animal Welfare Certified chicken sausages to their stores,” said Gavin Mutter, vice president of sales and business development at Amylu Foods. “We’re confident that our consumers will love them.”

The latest flavor innovations include Cacio e Pepe; Roasted Garlic & Asiago; Tomatillo, Peppers & White Cheddar; and Artichoke Leek & Gruyere.

Global Animal Partnership (G.A.P.), a non-profit organization dedicated to improving animal welfare, helped supply the chicken, which Amylu said was raised without antibiotics. G.A.P. represents around 4,000 farms.

The sausages are available at Whole Foods Market stores in 12 oz packages of four individually wrapped sausages.
