HAMBURG, PA. – Joe Jurgielewicz & Son Ltd. (JJS), one of the largest purveyors of Pekin duck for the US restaurant industry, recently introduced its fully-cooked duck carnitas intended to assist chefs of all levels to incorporate Mexican flavors into dining experiences.

The company said the duck product helps chefs across all price points to balance meat-to-fat ratio that helps get the correct tenderness and flavor. The carnitas contain cured and slow-roasted duck fat with 11 spices and guajillo chili peppers. 

JJS said the carnitas would work well with tacos, burritos, paella, tamales, gourmet salad toppings, empanada filling, or to add a Mexican flare to any culinary creation.
